The Signal provides quantitative market commentary, trading signal analysis, and educational content through daily newsletters and web-based publications.

2. Subscription Tiers

Forecast (Free): Market context, educational content, no payment required.
Microcap Events ($29/mo): The Microcap book only: entry candidates, the open book, and every realized outcome. No dashboard or other books.
Signal ($79/mo): Trading signals, performance scorecard, storm alerts.
Desk ($149/mo): All Signal features plus dashboard access, container data, and community.
Book add-ons ($15/mo each): Add a single specialist book to a Signal or Desk plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime through your account page or Stripe customer portal. Refunds are prorated for the unused portion of the billing period.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, analyses, signals, and commentary are the intellectual property of The Signal. Subscribers may not redistribute, resell, or republish any content without written permission.

4. Prohibited Use

Reselling or redistributing subscription content
Automated scraping or data extraction
Using content to operate a competing service
Sharing account credentials

5. Limitation of Liability

The Signal is not liable for any trading losses, investment decisions, or financial outcomes based on its publications. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes. No guarantees of accuracy or profitability are made.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Content is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Signal does not warrant that signals will be profitable or that the service will be uninterrupted.

The Signal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
